Booking Policies

The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of www.hollyhousehotel.co.uk. Holly House Hotel London may alter these conditions at any time.

Making a booking

It is your responsibility to review the booking details (including the total price and deposit payable) and submit accurate information when making a booking.

Pre-authorisation Policy

Please note that Holly House Hotel London reserves the right to pre-authorise the first night of your stay prior to your arrival.

Cancellations and Non-Arrivals

If you have booked the 'Free to Cancel' option then it is free to cancel before the accommodation's late cancellation period. This will result in a refund of your deposit payment. If you cancel within the late cancellation period (72 hours prior to arrival), or do not arrive, you will be charged for the first night

Modifications

Modifications must be made in advance of the notice period to avoid the accommodation provider's late cancellation fees.
Late notice period starts: 72 hours prior to 14:00 GMT on the arrival date.

Non Refundable Bookings

Modifications can only be made for additional nights or rooms. Cancellations and non-arrivals result in the loss of the full payment of your Non-Refundable Offer.

Upon Arrival

The terms and conditions of the accommodation provider will apply to you from check-in, or in the case of non-arrival.
